I’m writing as your constituent and a concerned Oklahoman to urge you to stand strong against energy over-regulation.

Over-regulation allows state bureaucrats to control over private property—telling landowners what they can and can’t do with their own land. It replaces local control with politically-driven top-down mandates. That’s not how we do things in Oklahoma.

On top of that, energy mandates mean higher electricity bills for hardworking families and small businesses. Costs are already rising, and additional red tape would only make it worse—fewer energy choices, fewer jobs, and less freedom.

When government grows, freedom shrinks. Jobs vanish. Costs go up. And our property rights get trampled.

Oklahomans won’t stand for it. We’ve fought too hard to protect private property rights, cut bureaucracy and red tape, and keep energy affordable. Energy over-regulation is a step in the wrong direction.

Please stand with Oklahoma landowners, energy workers, and families—and oppose harmful energy mandates and regulations.
