Support Pro-Gun Legislation HB 3094 & HB 4125

As a fellow resident of Oklahoma and your constituent, I urge you to SUPPORT House Bill 3094 and House Bill 4125, two important measures that defend and restore Second Amendment rights. House Bill 3094 strengthens the right to self-defense by eliminating additional gun-free zones, including the Oklahoma State Capitol building, while also enhancing statewide preemption protections to prevent unelected officials from expanding gun-free areas through policies or rules. House Bill 4125 establishes a clear and fair process for rights restoration for non-violent felons who have received a full pardon and maintained a clean record for at least five years. This legislation ensures that individuals who have demonstrated rehabilitation have a defined pathway to regain their constitutional rights.
