Virginia: Anti-Gun Legislation Continues to Advance in Both Chambers - Contact the House Public Safety Committee!
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow Virginian, I urge you to OPPOSE concealed carry and age restrictions for firearms in your committee. House Bill 916 expands the curriculum requirements for Virginia concealed carry permit classes. House Bill 1015 expands definitions for prohibiting misdemeanor convictions. House Bill 1525 prohibits the purchase and possession of firearms by legal adults under the age of 21. If passed as written, the new prohibition on possession would apply broadly to anyone under 21, including those who already own such firearms. Again, I urge you to OPPOSE these bills. Thank you for all that you do for our Commonwealth.
