Support SB 214
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow Ohio resident and your constituent, I respectfully urge you to SUPPORT SB 214. SB 214 would amend sections 1533.04, 2923.11, and 2923.17 of the Ohio Revised Code to remove firearm suppressors from the definition of “dangerous ordnance” under state law. Suppressors are lawful safety devices that help protect hearing while hunting and participating in the shooting sports. This legislation ensures Ohio law properly reflects their legal status and protects the rights of law-abiding gun owners. Again, I respectfully urge you to SUPPORT SB 214 in committee.
