Oklahoma: Legislature Advances Pro-Second Amendment Legislation!

Dear [Lawmaker],

As a fellow resident of Oklahoma and your constituent, I encourage you to SUPPORT pro-gun legislation on the floor.

HB 2960 stipulates manufacturers, distributors, and retailers would be shielded from civil liability regarding injuries or property damage resulting from the misuse of firearms by third parties.

HB 2937 allows the legal transportation and carry of firearms on watercraft within the state.

HB 3301 ensures that any weapon lawfully owned under federal law or excluded from the National Firearms Act remains legal within the state.

HB 3312 establishes a mandatory firearm safety curriculum for all public, charter, and virtual schools.

HB 4125 creates a clear, common-sense pathway for nonviolent felons to regain their fundamental right to self-defense, provided they have received a full pardon, remained free of any misdemeanor or felony convictions for five years following their sentence, and have no charges pending.
