You (the “Talent”) are voluntarily submitting a video, regarding why you believe YOU, and not the government, should decide what goes in your grocery cart (the “Project”). You agree this is an expression of your personal experience and/or belief. By submitting your story, you consent to the Associations sharing your story and video, which you submitted, on various platforms including but not limited to social media, email, printed publications, news releases, and promotional materials to advance the Associations’ mission. The Associations respect your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy. The Associations shall have an irrevocable right in perpetuity to use the video submitted along with Talent’s name, image, photograph, likeness, voice, appearance, and/or caricature and shall have the right to simulate Talent’s voice, image and appearance (collectively the “Testimonial”). Talent grants to the Associations the perpetual and universal right to record and re-record, double and dub Talent’s Testimonial along with Talent’s voice and to use Talent’s name, image, voice and likeness for and in connection with the Project and all advertising, commercial tie-ups, publicity and other means of exploitation of any and all rights pertaining to the Project and any element thereof.

The Associations shall own all rights in Talent’s video and Testimonial, including copyright. Talent acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be compensated in any way for the Associations’ use of the video and Testimonial. Talent agrees that he/she will make no claim whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, against the Associations for the use of his/her Testimonial. Talent agrees to hold harmless and release the Associations, and their agents, representatives, and assignees, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which Talent, his/her heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Talent’s behalf or on behalf of Talent’s estate has or may have by reason of this authorization, including any and all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation or misuse of image, and/or defamation.

Talent agrees that the Project may be edited as desired and used in whole or in part in perpetuity throughout the world. Talent hereby expressly waives any right to inspect and approve the finished Project or copy that may be used in connection with Talent’s performance, or the use to which it may be applied. Talent acknowledges and agrees that they have reviewed and accepted the terms outlined above, and by submitting a video through this website Talent demonstrates his/her agreement with and consent to these terms. Talent attests that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that my video and/or Testimonial is not subject to any intellectual property rights of any third parties that may be infringed by use of the video or Testimonial.
