You may not realize how difficult it is to find true relief until you or someone you love faces a serious illness. For many Idaho families, that search leads to impossible choices; living with unbearable pain, traveling across state lines, or turning to prescription drugs that can carry devastating risks. Idahoans deserve better. No one fighting to live with comfort and peace should be denied care because of outdated stigma or misunderstanding.
The stigma surrounding cannabis has caused unnecessary suffering for people battling cancer, chronic pain, PTSD, epilepsy, and other serious conditions, labeling patients as criminals instead of recognizing them as neighbors, parents, and veterans who want to live without constant pain.
The Idaho Medical Cannabis Act will only appear on the 2026 ballot if enough Idahoans take action and sign the petition. The petition must be signed in person and signors must supply a valid ID and be registered to vote. Your support will help give patients and families a voice and helping Idaho move toward a more compassionate, reasonable, and dignified approach to care.
