Proposed H.R. 1643 (the SAFER Voter Act) would expand constitutional 2nd Amendment rights by lowering the minimum age to purchase a handgun from a federal firearm licensee from 21 to 18 years of age.
This would expand the ability of 18 to 20 year olds to protect themselves and their families.
All law-abiding adults have the constitutional right to defend themselves.
