Iowa: Take Action to SUPPORT House Study Bill 262 Today!
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow Iowan and strong supporter of the Second Amendment, I urge you to vote YES and support House Study Bill 262 today! Currently, under Iowa law, an individual must be 21 years or older to apply for a non-professional concealed carry permit. HSB 262 would lower that age to 18 years old. Given that recent court rulings have stated 18-20-year-olds cannot be barred from carrying for self-defense, the Iowa legislature is proactively trying to address this issue. Again, I urge you to support HSB 262 and vote yes. Thank you for all that you do for our state.
