We’re excited to invite a group of engaged Dekalb County parents to join GeorgiaCAN for a Dinner & Board Meeting on Monday, November 10th, 2025.
Here’s what the evening will look like:
- Dinner at 4:o0 PM – Enjoy dinner with fellow parents, build connections, and learn more about how your voice can make an impact in our schools and community.
- Attend the Dekalb County School Board meeting at 6:00 PM – Right after dinner, we’ll head over together to observe the Board of Education meeting in person.
This is a great opportunity to:
- See how decisions affecting our schools are made
- Gain insight into local education policies
- Meet other involved parents and community leaders
