Zoning Bills in Metro Council
Nashville’s prosperity depends on the people who power our economy—and right now, too many of them are being priced out. Davidson County has seen more residents leave than any other county in Tennessee, and with our region projected to need more than 90,000 additional homes in the next decade, we must act now.
On Thursday, December 4, Metro Council will vote on zoning updates that modernize Nashville’s outdated rules and create more attainable housing options for working families and professionals.
