As a fellow Florida resident and your constituent, I urge you to SUPPORT HB 1551. HB 1551 provides needed product liability protections for firearm manufacturers by clarifying that they may not be held liable for claims based on the absence or presence of certain design features, safety mechanisms, or technologies that are not required under federal law.
