Oppose Anti-Second Amendment Bills

As a resident of Hawaii and your constituent, I am writing to urge you to OPPOSE SB 2720, SB 2503, and SB 2517. SB 2720 unfairly shifts liability onto lawful firearm manufacturers for actions outside their control. SB 2503 funds gun buyback programs that have failed to demonstrate meaningful crime reduction. SB 2517 expands Hawaii’s red flag laws by imposing automatic felony penalties without full evidentiary hearings, raising serious due process concerns. I respectfully urge you to oppose these bills and protect the rights of law-abiding citizens..
