Please reverse the Biden Administration's Rule 1033 interpretation to protect my personal financial data. Financial data contains some of the most private information we have, and in the wrong hands, it can be exploited for malicious purposes like identity theft and fraud. Millions of Americans have been impacted by data breaches, and we deserve stronger protections to keep our data safe and know that it will be handled securely when issues arise. Allowing companies without fiduciary responsibilities greater access to this data only increases the chances that my information will end up being compromised or on the dark web. Please reverse the Biden-era Rule 1033 before it’s too late. I deserve to know that my personal data is being protected!
