The right jury
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a voter in your district, I believe Marylanders deserve the right to have a jury determine what justice means in every civil court case. Maryland’s outdated caps on damages prevent juries from awarding justice and prevent Marylanders from holding wrongdoers fully accountable. I urge you to support legislation that removes these mandated limits on justice and restores the rights of a local jury.
