Louisiana: Support Pro-Gun Legislation HB 289, HB 393, & HB 407
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Louisiana and your constituent, I urge you to SUPPORT pro-gun bills when they arrive on the floor. Several bills to strengthen Second Amendment protections in Louisiana passed out of the House and will now arrive in your chamber. HB 289 is a pro-Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) bill that further protects the firearm and ammunition industry from being held responsible for the third-party misuse of products they manufacture or sell. HB 393 clarifies the present law recognizing the rights of a bystander or spectator to carry a concealed handgun at a parade or demonstration. HB 407 allows non-residents to apply for and obtain a Louisiana Concealed Handgun Permit. Again, I urge you to SUPPORT pro-gun legislation HB 289, HB 393, and HB 407 in the Senate.
