Say no to hurting New Jersey businesses. Urge lawmakers to oppose S3545/A4696

I’m writing to urge you to oppose S3545/A4696, the Climate Superfund Act. This bill threatens to raise the prices of energy, gas and everyday goods while weakening our state’s ability to attract and retain investment. Should it come to you, please oppose it. S3545/A4696 threatens New Jersey's economic future. By shifting massive renewable and storage costs onto large energy users, it could cripple our state's ability to compete for jobs and investments – driving businesses elsewhere. With a price tag of $40 billion, New Jerseyans will pay the price for years to come. As a proud New Jerseyan, I support innovation in energy, but it must be balanced, cost-conscious and competitive. I urge you to support our state’s business community by opposing S3545/A4696. Thank you for protecting our state’s economic future.
