Governor Spanberger and Virginia lawmakers are considering a bill that will allow a group of unelected bureaucrats to set reimbursement limits on medications.
Although this approach is intended to create savings for patients, such price-setting schemes have NOT been shown to lower what patients pay at the pharmacy counter and actually risk limiting patient access to needed treatments.
