Rhode Island: Take Action Now Against Semi-Auto Ban!
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Rhode Island and strong supporter of the Second Amendment, I am asking that you OPPOSE H.5436. The overwhelming evidence shows that rifles of any kind are almost never used to commit crimes in Rhode Island. The bill is so broad it includes shotguns with fixed magazines holding more than six rounds. A popular snow goose hunting shotgun would be an “assault weapon” under this ill-conceived and unconstitutional legislation. Again, I urge you vote NO on any gun bans and NO on H.5436. Thank you for all that you do for our state.
