Oregon: Committee Hearing For FFL-Killer Bill Tomorrow
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Oregon, I urge you to OPPOSE House Bill 3076 in your committee. HB 3076 will impose significant restrictions and penalties on lawful and already highly regulated Federal Firearms License businesses, including 24-hour video surveillance for all FFLs including home-based FFLs, meaning around-the-clock government monitoring within one’s own home. This bill will do nothing to address crime in our state, and only places further undue burdens on law-abiding gun owners and businesses. Again, I urge you to OPPPOSE HB 3076. Thank you for all that you do for our state.
