HCR 2001 is being heard in the AZ House Federalism, Military Affairs & Elections Committee at 2 p.m. Wednesday January 21st.
This important Resolution will allow voters in 2026 to put several new stipulations into the Arizona Constitution. This includes:
- Ensuring only US Citizens can vote
- A requirement to show a government issued ID
- A rule that Early Voting ends the Friday before the election
- A ban on foreign money to any candidates or ballot measure
