Protect our community from toxic waste

For years, corporate greed has put the health and safety of our families at risk. When out-of-state polluters wanted to dump toxic ATOMIC waste from the Manhattan Project in Wayne County, Reggie Miller stood up for our community and said “No!”

Now, Reggie has introduced a bill, HB 4393, that would protect our water and restrict toxic waste from being dumped anywhere in Michigan. Big polluters have gotten a free pass in Michigan for too long, and it’s time we put an end to it. Toxic waste is a danger to our state.
