States that offer it get the jobs. States that don't, lose out. Texas is using this to recruit employers that should be coming to Tulsa. If we limit our energy options, those jobs go to Austin and Dallas instead of here. This isn't about ideology. It's about economic development. Help Tulsa compete. Don't send our jobs to Texas.
