Minnesota: Gun Bills in House Committee Hearing This Wednesday

As a fellow resident of Minnesota, I urge you to SUPPORT HF 13 and HF 284 in your committee. HF13 eliminates the "duty to retreat" requirement before using reasonable force in defense of self or others. HF 284 expands background checks for non-citizen permit to carry applicants.
