Multiple administrators from Alabama universities have been caught on hidden-camera bragging about pushing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion programs in defiance of state law.
Regarding the law, one Dean of Students admits, “We can’t directly fund DEI programming so we are looking for loopholes.” He goes on to add that rather than using “state funds” for DEI they’ll be using payroll funds. Of course, payroll funds at a public university still come from the state.
