VETO S.1425, A.4975, A.4978, and A.4981.
Dear [Lawmaker],
These bills do nothing to improve public safety and instead impose sweeping new restrictions on law-abiding citizens, firearms dealers, and constitutional rights. Measures such as punishing licensed dealers who have complied with state and federal law, criminalizing the mere possession of digital files, and manipulating data to justify future gun control are extreme and misguided. New Jersey residents deserve policies that target criminals—not legislation that undermines due process and ignores the protections guaranteed by the Second Amendment and affirmed by the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision. I respectfully ask you to stand up for the rights of law-abiding New Jersey gun owners and VETO S.1425, A.4975, A.4978, and A.4981. Thank you for your time and consideration.
