Groveland Tap, located at 1834 St. Clair Avenue in Saint Paul, has applied to upgrade its current wine and strong beer license to a full Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale Sunday license and to add a charitable gambling location license in conjunction with the St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association.
For decades, Groveland Tap has been a respected neighborhood establishment serving the Highland and Mac-Groveland community. Ownership has consistently operated the business responsibly and in compliance with existing license conditions.
This license upgrade will allow Groveland Tap to remain competitive, continue investing in the property, and serve its customers.
City officials are currently accepting public comments on this application, and your voice matters.
We are asking residents and community members to submit a message of support to the Legislative Hearing Officer before the February 28 deadline.
