Support Pro-Gun Legislation HB 1324

Recent federal changes eliminated the $200 transfer tax on suppressors, which could lead to their removal from regulation under the National Firearms Act. HB 1324 updates Georgia law to prevent unintended legal conflicts and ensures that law-abiding citizens can continue to possess suppressors in compliance with federal law.
