I further grant Protecting Every Future // ACLI a royalty-free and unlimited license to broadcast, display, reproduce, edit, exhibit, and distribute any video and or written story/message and any derivative works created from or with it, over the Internet, or by any other communication medium. Protecting Every Future // ACLI also retains the right, at its sole discretion, to choose whether to archive the footage or written material, and whether to use it for any other purpose.
The authorization explicitly includes the use of any name, likeness, voice and/or pre-approved biographical information for the purpose of publicizing any broadcast, webcast, distribution, publication, or exhibition of the specified program or portions thereof.
Protecting Every Future // ACLI, by capturing the story, will become the copyright owner of that video recording, written story or message and to the extent that I have any rights in the video or written material, I hereby assign all rights, title and interest in the video, written story or message to Protecting Every Future // ACLI. The video and any written story/message and accompanying materials are my own original materials or materials for which I have full authority to grant the rights set forth in this Media Release Form.
This Release supersedes all prior agreements pertaining to its subject matter and can only be amended by written agreement with Protecting Every Future // ACLI.
