Support Pro-Gun Legislation SB 499

SB 499 would remove firearm suppressors from Georgia’s list of dangerous weapons and eliminate state-level penalties for possession, while keeping suppressors subject to strict federal regulation under the National Firearms Act and maintaining enhanced criminal penalties for unlawful use.
