Florida: Liability Protection Bill Assigned to Committee
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Florida, I urge you to SUPPORT House Bill 1551 in your committee. H 1551 provides that firearm manufacturer is not liable for certain torts based on absence or presence of certain features, mechanisms, or standards not required under federal law. This protects manufacturers from nuisance lawsuits based off of nebulous standards created by bureaucrats. Again, I urge you to SUPPORT H 1551. Thank you for all that you do for our state.
